Terms of service

These terms apply to repair, servicing and call-out work by AE Servicing for business customers.

Quotes and prices

We give you a price before work starts, and work begins only when you accept it. Prices on this website and in our quotes exclude VAT. Parts are charged at cost plus 25%. Travel charges, where they apply, are confirmed in the quote. If we find further faults during a job, we tell you and quote them before doing any extra work.

Payment

You pay per job. There is no subscription and no contract. Payment terms are shown on each quote and invoice.

Your machine

Please make sure the machine and its location are safe and accessible when we visit, and tell us about any known faults or previous repairs. Our report records what we found and what we did, and you remain responsible for the safe use and operation of the machine and for following the manufacturer’s instructions.
