Small machines, same straight answer
For lower-cost facial machines, repair has to make financial sense. So we give you a quote up front and tell you if replacing the unit is the better call.
Got several machines? Ask about one visit to service and PAT test the lot.
What repair costs
We quote each job. As a guide, a diagnosis visit is £95 and labour is £75 an hour, with parts at cost plus 25%. A PAT test is £60. You get the figure in writing first. All prices exclude VAT. See the full price guide.
Is it worth repairing a cheaper facial machine?
Sometimes, sometimes not. We will say which, based on the fault and the cost of the repair against the machine.
My machine has lost suction. Can you fix that?
Usually. It is typically a blocked line, a worn seal or a tired pump. Check the tubing and filters first, then call us if it is still weak.
Do you do PAT testing for my treatment equipment?
Yes. See servicing and safety checks.
