We come to you, with the tools to fix it
Moving a heavy trolley machine to a workshop is a pain, so we repair on site wherever the fault allows. If a part has to go away for repair, we say so on the quote.
Add a planned service and safety check and we can test electrical safety at the same visit.
What repair costs
We quote each job. As a guide, a diagnosis visit is £95 and labour is £75 an hour, with parts at cost plus 25%. You get the figure in writing first. All prices exclude VAT. See the full price guide.
My cryolipolysis machine will not hold vacuum. What is wrong?
Often a worn seal, a split hose or a tired pump. We check each in turn and quote the fix before replacing anything.
Can you repair applicators?
Sometimes. It depends on the make and the fault. Send us the model and symptoms and we will tell you honestly whether repair or replacement makes sense.
Do you work on lower-cost or imported machines?
Yes, where parts and information are available. Tell us the model and we will say what is realistic.
