Clients booked in and the machine has stopped? Call 01702 599097. We triage the fault by phone for free, give you an honest view of what is likely wrong, and book the earliest visit we can, with priority slots available.
What happens when you call
1. Free triage
Tell us the make, model and what it is doing. Often we can narrow the fault down on the call.
2. A date and a price
We give you the earliest visit and what it will cost. Priority visits cost £75 extra, evenings and weekends £100 extra.
3. We come and fix it
An engineer visits, diagnoses and repairs on site where the part allows, then sends you a written report.
While you wait for us
- Stop treating clients with the machine
- Write down any error message or code
- Note what the machine was doing when it failed
- Do not open the casing

Can you promise a same-day visit?
We do not promise what we cannot guarantee. We tell you the earliest date we can do when you call, and priority slots are available when the diary allows.
What does a priority visit cost?
Priority adds £75 to the visit and evening or weekend visits add £100. The repair itself is quoted separately. See the price guide.
